Where we ship

We ship within the United States only, for now.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free on every order. The price on the product page is the price you pay — nothing is added at checkout.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery times

Estimated delivery time after processing: 5–12 business days. Counting processing, that is 6–15 business days from the moment you place your order.

We quote the wider range on purpose, so a slow week at the carrier never turns into a broken promise.

We would rather tell you an honest date than a flattering one. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees — weather and carrier delays are outside our control.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking number. It can take up to 48 hours for tracking information to start updating.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us at workshop@snughob.com as soon as possible — if the order has not shipped yet, we can usually fix it.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your tracking has not moved in more than 10 business days, contact us at workshop@snughob.com and we will open an investigation with the carrier and keep you posted.
